Pure Essence is a brand which formulates its products based on traditional Chinese medicine concepts combined with the Western scientific knowledge of vitamins. AdrenalStability is no exception and is designed to utilize adaptogenic herbs to improve adrenal fatigue as well as promote longevity and help minimize the symptoms of menopause. It aims to provide people with the energy they need to get through their day without the need for stimulants such as caffeine, as well as keep the adrenal glands functioning at their best.
There are many things to like about this product, including its use of adaptogens (which help the body deal with stress), its money-back guarantee, its purity of ingredients and adheres to the GMP regulations. However, does it really have what it takes to get you the results you want?
Is Pure Essence AdrenalStability Effective?
We really like that this product includes adaptogens such as Holy Basil, Rhodiola, Cordyceps, Ashwagandha, Schizandra and Eleuthero which are well-known for helping the body cope with stress and supporting the adrenal glands. They also help boost energy and improve mental fatigue. However, we would have liked to see the inclusion of more Mushrooms other than only including Cordyceps. Mushrooms have been shown to support the immune system, support hormonal balance, and provide antioxidant benefits. As each type provides a different benefit, more variety would extend the benefits.
We were disappointed to see that this formula does not include any support in the way of vitamins and minerals. The B vitamins are essential for repair and maintenance of the adrenal glands as well as providing energy. As the adrenal glands are overworked from stress, vitamin stores are depleted. By not replenishing these lost vitamins can further hurt the adrenal glands. Another vitamin essential for the health of the adrenal glands is Vitamin C, as this vitamin plays an important role in the production of cortisol – the stress hormone. Selenium and Zinc are two minerals which are beneficial for adrenal function and help support the body to deal with stress, but are missing from this product.
While we liked the inclusion of the adaptogenic herbs, it is unfortunate that Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine®) is not part of the formula to increase bioavailability for faster absorption and speedier results.
Is Pure Essence AdrenalStability Safe?
In general, this product is marketed as natural and safe and it should have no unwanted side effects. That said, if you have any underlying medical conditions, take any medications, are pregnant or nursing, it is always recommended to speak to a doctor before taking any new supplement.

This appears to be a good product from a reputable brand. We like that it includes the adaptogenic herbs Rhodiola, Cordyceps, Ashwagandha, Schizandra and Eleuthero, however, we were disappointed that that’s where the formula ends. There are so many more ingredients which could be included to make an effective adrenal health supplement, such as a variety of Mushrooms, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Selenium and Zinc. These vitamins and minerals are crucial for the proper functioning of the adrenal glands and we don’t understand why they are missing from this formula.
The cost of the product is affordable, however, there are no discounts for buying multiple bottles. Your only option is to buy a full month’s supply or half a month’s supply. We are not sure why anyone would want to only purchase for half the month at a time. This means this product could work out quite expensive over time for both the full month and half month supply. We recommend choosing a product which will give you more bang for your buck by including more beneficial ingredients as well as offering discounts on multiple bottles so you can really get your money’s worth.
